HDB said in January 2026 that about 19,600 BTO flats would be launched this year, including more than 4,000 with waiting times under three years. The year runs over three sales exercises: February, June and November. The third exercise was moved from October to November to give buyers time to review their plans and apply for an HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letter.

Names and details to be confirmed by HDB at launch
HDB has said four other projects will be offered in Bedok, Geylang, Toa Payoh and Yishun. Earlier previews mentioned a second, larger Bayshore project next to Bayshore Oasis (reported at 1,640 flats), Mattar in Geylang, Caldecott / Toa Payoh (including Community Care Apartments), and Chencharu in Yishun. Details may change at launch.
Also expected in this exercise (Yishun): a Chencharu project, according to earlier previews. Project names, flat types and details are subject to change and are only final when HDB launches the exercise.
